Daniel Hinšt, the owner of Ermark, lives in Zagreb, Croatia. He is certified in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), digital marketing, business intelligence, intelligence analysis, information security, and AI tools.

Daniel Hinšt finished the Advanced Master of European Studies and Political Science, where he specialized in public policy, public management, development, and international relations.

His strong focus is on translating geopolitical, cybersecurity, and regulatory risks into a governance strategy supporting economic freedom.

Daniel is a founder and an Executive Board member of the Croatian think tank Centre for Public Policy and Economic Analysis (CEA). He has several published research papers and cooperated with the Croatian policy portals Banka.hr and Ekonomski Lab.​​

He has a long-standing work experience in the Croatian Ministry of Economy, mainly on the removal of EU single market barriers.
